Technical difficulties--help!

Okay, weird. You saw the post about t-shirts, right? I know you did. But it has disappeared. Poof, gone, vanished. It is not even in the cached files! So I am utterly and totally baffled.

Can any of you retrieve it?  (We are trying to figure out what happened. Very perplexing! It is simply gone.) Any ideas? (No, I didn't make a copy or write it someplace else first...)  Meanwhile, we are working on it.  Cross your fingers!

I managed to find your comments, so I know I'm not losing it. But the only way to show you was to take a photo. Ahhhhhh.......

  1. I can't help with the technical difficulties, but you can try searching for your post on Google and accessing the cached version (on my browser the cache is accessed from the little green down arrow that appears to the right of any of the URLs returned in your search results). Here's what I found when I did that (not sure how long Google saves these, so you may want to cut and paste what you wrote if you plan to repost): http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:moBsO-IoMboJ:www.jungleredwriters.com/2018/07/t-shirts-trash-or-treasures.html If that doesn't pull up anything for you, I can try to copy and send you the source code.

  4. I had left it open and when I came back to read more I clicked to update it and then got a message that it didn't exist! So weird! It was such a good topic, too. Hope you manage to get it back.

  7. Why not sew the T-shirts into a quilt?

  8. In regards to your initial question, the t-shirts are treasures, they are you history and experiences.

A quilt might be fine for some, but I think they should remain in that original form and they deserve to be worn by you, even if only at home or to bed.

iI am not a saver, but I'm a runner and I have all my race t-shirts. They don't take up that much space and I do wear them, mostly while relaxing at home.

Unless you really have a space problem, keep them, wear them and enjoy the memories they represent.
